The Report Portal for the 2012 ARA Compensation and Benefits Survey provides 24/7 access to the final industry-wide results and an online compensation calculator. The online compensation calculator allows you to choose your own criteria and create custom reports that can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format. For companies participating in the study, they will also have access to a customized individual Company Compensation Report which compares their compensation to the industry averages.
